
Robert – Owner & Founder
Hi, I’m Robert, the owner and founder of Anderson Remodeling. I built this company from the ground up over 43 years ago, and what drives me most is finding solutions — whether that’s keeping projects moving during a Houston freeze, running generators when the power’s out, or even helping neighbors during floods and hurricanes. Remodeling is more than a business to me; it’s about showing up for people, no matter the circumstances. When I’m not at the office, meeting with customers, or out on a job site, you can usually find me outdoors, traveling, working on my own home, or enjoying live music.

Jaycelyn – Receptionist
Hi, I’m Jaycelyn — I’m most likely the first voice you’ll hear when you give us a call or visit the office. I handle the front desk and do my best to make sure everything goes as smoothly and stress-free as possible from the start. When I’m not at work, I coach volleyball part-time and love spending time with family, friends, and my dog. I like staying organized and making sure things get done right the first time. If you need anything or have a question, I’m here to help.

Chandler – Estimator
Hi, I’m Chandler, your go-to Estimator. I’m a dedicated professional with eight years of experience in construction and a deep connection to our Houston community. Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of two, and I enjoy jiu-jitsu, hunting, and fishing — activities that keep me grounded and focused. I bring that same balance and commitment to delivering high-quality work and building strong relationships with clients.

Kaitlin – Sales Manager
Hi, I’m Kaitlin, your Sales Manager. I bring over 8 years of experience in estimating and management, and I’m excited to help you with your home improvement needs. You’ll often see me out in the field providing free estimates and making sure everything runs smoothly from the start. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and children, exploring everything our community has to offer, or relaxing with a good book or some diamond painting.

Brandi – Project Manager
Hi, I’m Brandi, your Project Manager. With 6 years of hands-on construction experience, I make sure every project runs smoothly and stays on schedule from start to finish. I hold an associate degree in Construction Science and am pursuing my bachelor’s in Construction Management at the University of Houston (Go Coogs!). When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me enjoying Houston’s vibrant culture — from live music to great food and community events.

Carrie – Marketing Manager
Hi, I’m Carrie, the Marketing Manager at Anderson Remodeling. I make sure our projects get seen and celebrated. When I’m not showcasing remodels, I’m behind the camera empowering women through my photography. I love traveling, yoga, creativity, live music, and all things green (I may have too many plants, and we both dread winter). When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on my yoga mat, at a concert, daydreaming about my next adventure, soaking up nature, or tending to my plant jungle.

Johnathan – Warehouse Manager
Hi, I’m Johnathan, your Warehouse Manager.
I’m originally from San Antonio and bring over 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics. Before joining this industry, I had the incredible opportunity to play professional football with the New Orleans Saints. These days, you’ll most likely see me out on deliveries, making sure you have everything you need for your project to run safely and smoothly. Off the clock, I’m a devoted husband and father who still enjoys playing football in my free time and staying active with my family.
